Always thought about upgrading to these DIY systems that are everywhere, but I’ve been with Lighthouse for decades and they have great, reliable equipment and excellent local service. Those other systems, their equipment looks cheaply made and I’ve heard has reliability issues. Lighthouse Security gets an A++!!
Howard and Rich are amazing! We always receive quick and excellent service for repairs. When our alarm goes off we're notified within a couple of minutes. I highly recommend this company.
My daughter's alarm system was going off all the time, and we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. We called Lighthouse Security, and they were out the same day I called. Even though they didn't work on the alarm that I had, they helped us turn it off. Very nice people.
Great Customer Service! Love being able to actually talk with someone local. Our alarm has worked as advertised with no issues!
I would never use this company again. I wish I could give negative stars. Our alarm was tripped by accident, and we were not called by the monitoring company and the police were not called. We called the monitoring company to find out why and they informed us that our alarm system had stopped working MONTHS ago. It was affected by the 3G cutover but no one from the company felt the need to contact us to let us know. They just kept right on billing us like nothing was wrong and we kept right on paying for professional monitor... read more
