This was first experience with an out patient program and from the horror stories you hear and what you expect going into an out patient program or rehabilitation like program, lighthouse exceeded all expectations. Coming in I didn’t know how to cope with my emotions, I didn’t even understand emotions I was truly feeling I was simply avoiding them with substances. Our experience with Light House has been extraordinary. The staff are caring and communicative, the therapy team is excellent, and it is clear that for these folks, working at LH is truly a calling. Our son has grown and matured, gaining the confidence to pursue his goals. This is such a supportive community, and we are very grateful that he has become a part of it. I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. I came across this company while considering treatment options years after I attended their program & discovered that they had managed to have my review removed. I worked through the IOP and PHP program at this business, and I was expelled after I came in - with a clean urine test & a 0% breathalyzer result - and tried to speak in group about a lapse that occurred after a parent's death.
