Our son has been in Lighthouse’s sober living program for the past ten months. It is hard to know where to take your loved one when they are in crisis mode and at their most vulnerable. This was first experience with an out patient program and from the horror stories you hear and what you expect going into an out patient program or rehabilitation like program, lighthouse exceeded all expectations. Coming in I didn’t know how to cope with my emotions, I didn’t even understand emotions I was truly feeling I was simply avoiding them with substances.
