Walked in and out. Grabbed a flyer then left. Lady and man in meeting at a desk. Didn't say hi.
Very responsive to my phone call and in making an appointment. Nancy Manula is very helpful and very friendly. She points out all the pros and cons of each property. Just what you want in a real estate agent.
I worked with a local agent, a relative none the less. Lack of representation, tried to sell the property for $150k than received. Glad I didn’t listen. But the worst thing, this agent lied about documentation adding up to over $100,000. I sure wish none of this was true.
