Wow, was I blessed to find Lighthouse! From the first phone call -to- my "graduation" following 2 consecutive knee replacements, I received exceptional treatment in scheduling (Wendy), physical therapy (Dr. Zumwalt, Russ & Stephanie), and billing (Samantha). I had some pain and several tests later my doctor sent me here. Russ not only was very knowledgable and confident, he showed me what I needed to do for pain management. That only has helped me tremendously over the years with more than just the pain i originally went in for. Staff was knowledgable and friendly and you can tell how much they respect Russ, also.
This man is utterly amazing. If you don't mind a little different approach to take your pain away. This man performs miracles like it's nothing. I love this man. I highly recommend him to everyone. Even tho they dropped me. I have nothing but good to say about them.

Very caring professional staff all working together to help you get back to you! Russ is amazing at taking away pain and Samantha's massage got my muscle to loosen up. I'm doing so much better!

I got in a pretty bad car accident at the beginning of this year and I was suffering from horrible pain. I came to Russ and he has worked tirelessly to get me back to normal function! I feel better than I've ever felt. Not to mention the rest of the staff at Lighthouse goes above and beyond for every single client. This place has a feeling of love, acceptance and care that can seldom be found anywhere else. You won't regret coming here!
