Lighthouse has been a pleasure to work with in renting as well as selling my properties over the last 8 + years. Our wonderful family friend highly recommended Travis. We finally got him out, no pictures of our 86 acre riverfront estate were taken, no rent amount was ever discussed and weeks after his visit I reached out to him as to what’s going on??? He finally sent over a BLANK contract where if he brings a renter and we don’t agree, we owe him two months rent.......the rent amount was blank!
