Non responsive, I can’t get through to a person half the time and there is no location that I know of for anyone that manages the building I live in. They recently took over the building I live in now All they care about is making more money and getting new people to move in and pay more instead of caring about those who already live in the building.
I see now exactly why this property management has such a low score. I can confirm and verify all previous reviews are accurate. Poor communication and customer service along with properties being poorly managed.
Very poor management company, nothing but problems at the Canvas apartments in East Nashville. All of my neighbors have major issues with their apartments, and the staff is very unresponsive. Would highly recommend finding property that is managed by a different company.
