AVOID: As a landlord, I can say they were always delayed in response. Often times 2-4 emails sent to them until they responded. Very unprofessional. The income/books were always off and constantly being revised after payments and confusing at least. Their consistent mismanagement and poor communication/budgeting certainly impacted be as a landlord. and in part, let to the eventual foreclosure. AVOID if at al possible!

We are the property owners. We used this company for our rental in Tillamook. The lack of communication was astounding. They did not return calls, emails took days and second requests to respond. When they did respond they sounded like we were a bother. Our renters did not even know the garage was there for them to use.

Dealing with this property management company has been an absolute nightmare. It took them over three weeks to respond to our rental inquiry, and only after I repeatedly reached out to someone named Heather on October 28th, 31st, and November 2nd. Despite my persistence, she ignored me until I sent a final message on November 7th, explaining that we were holding off on other options and needed an answer.
