They walked me through solutions and make me feel better in minutes. Their total approach is so gentle, that you'd guess it couldn't work- but it really does.
Best physical therapy in the Seacost area! Their approach is very different and very effective both for the central nervous system and the muscular/skeletal system. Strongly recommend for any age!
Lighthouse is amazing they are not your typical physical therapy they actually get down to what is really causing the pain and discomfort. they do not just look at the pain where you say it is they examine your body to find out where it is coming from. there is no pain or exercises that make you uncomfortable. If you are having pain or discomfort and seems like you are getting no where I urge you to pick up the phone and call them you will not regret it.
The team at lighthouse are great. I've been in pain for years and they were able to pin point the cause of my pain. I've had 4 therapy sessions and I can feel a huge difference. They always greet with a smile and are very accommodating and flexible on scheduling appointments. I drive 35 miles to go to them. It's worth it!
The team at Lighthouse is awesome! I am in Connecticut and I recommend friends and family all the time to Lighthouse that live in the area.
