I was a patient of Patricia Salazar (PA) and she told me at our last meeting (few days before the end of July) that she would be leaving the practice middle of next month. She was going to provide me a 90 day supply of my meds and a new PA (Crystal) would be taking over my case. Cool, great, Priscilla was a great PA and helped me through a lot in my past year.
