Amazing clinic! The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. And the doctor's here are caring and actually listen to you! Dr. Gendy is a great family doctor to have! And all of the other doctor's are just as good as he is. If you ever need to go for a walk-in, Lighthouse Medical Clinic's a fantastic place!
Ok idk i called to set up an appointment to do the WHOLE process to have them as a family doctor, so I called and the receptionist was being rude and said idk if you guys will get along??? Who says that to someone they don't even know???
The entire experience felt dismissive, disorganized, and completely inappropriate for a clinic that claims to treat ADHD. The doctor got annoyed with me for being on my phone and told me that since he gives me his full attention, I should do the same. That would mean more if the appointment itself had felt organized or attentive, but it didn’t.
