I worked for lighthouse from the summer of 2019 until closing at the end of November. The staff I worked with directly were great and knowledgeable, but the upper management from shipwreck marine in Edmonton seemed to not care whatsoever about quality of work, customer relations, or the employees at lighthouse. It made it difficult to provide proper service that our new and returning customers deserved while being managed by such people.
