Crooks - be careful house owners
This is the worst company ever they don't fix things it's been a month an still have came to fix nothing . Office is very unprofessional the whole staff is some slums .. Money hungry nasty people.. Rochester don't rent from them at all
Ok lighthouse isnt all bad..ive lived in my house for just over two years..and when my lease was up the landlord was was going to raise the rent. Then explained. That i could not afford the increase. and he was willing to nogp a deal with came to and agreement which would accomodate both he and i. Now yes one particular employee is a jacka** but its just that one!!! They need to be shut down they have been accepting government money when the tenant wasn't residing in the residence. Rochester housing, Dhs etc. are not looking clearly into where they decide to pay rent for their applicants. Light house is horrible, they don't give back deposited the homes are patched up hell holes that are unsafe and unhealthy to live in.
Please DO NOT rent with them! Two months before moving out and up until move out day we had ALL kinds of prospective renters come to our house with Liz to check out the place. It was inconvenient and annoying. Everything comes out of your pocket even if you didn't cause it!!! We had the home clean and spotless before leaving our rental. It was in the same if not better condition then when we moved in.... Liz took our deposit stating that the floors had damage which was normal wear and tear.....
