Amazing company to work with! We had the chance to meet the Lighthouse team this past weekend, and they were very professional and kind. It’s clear they truly care about what they do and the people they work with. Highly recommend!
I dont know why this company is still in business. They go around ruining everyone's vehicles by putting violation stickers on windshields and don't have a map of designated available parking so that renters/homeowners have a safe place to park without having their vehicles vandalized. Im getting the run around due to authorization issues. I hope everyone that has the same issue as my community helps to put this company under! I have been living in my same community since March of 2016. I can almost tell you the date that lighthouse took over management of my community. As every week it is something new. Literally telling me that I must have someone check in with lighthouse when visiting my house for a few hours during the day. I’m not speaking about overnight or street parking. These cruel people are fining people for giving out water in the 118 degree heatwaves rocking our area. I think an investigation or a lawsuit is in order! Perhaps shutting down their organization! How heartless and cruel can you be???
Lighthouse management is by far the worst HOA I have ever heard of. They consistently harass me. I have been receiving letters from them almost every two weeks about something they "don't approve of". First letter I received was 3 weeks before I even moved into my home about the grass being dead. I have been receiving a different letter every two weeks since then about something else.
