I feel compelled to share our experience with Lighthouse Management, especially given the numerous negative reviews we’ve come across. Unfortunately, our situation has been particularly frustrating and disappointing. Our backyard has significant issues that have yet to be addressed properly. Horrible hoa . Racist and target. Even spoke with neighbors and none are getting the fine we get for same trash can and parking. How about you make it public if the same neighbors of other race has been fined the same amount for the same instances. You can’t. We’ve spoken to two neighbors and they said verbatim we haven’t received a fine for that. You guys are definitely a racist company that targets minority residents. Ive had proof.
This people really don’t got anything better to do. Instead of driving around like lazy people get off & walk your community. They have multiple side walks that are sticking up from the ground from over grown trees !!! A lot of people trip when walking on side walk but yet they don’t fix that ! Put the money to use & fix the SIDEWALKS & Cut The Big Trees on the road . It’s YOUR COMMUNITY TREE !! Worry about the SIDEWALKS & TREEs. Sad how they are scamming this time of the year.
