Who ever runs the board according to light house management they are doing a horrible job. Lighthouse states they only follow orders. I think we as homeowners would like to know who are these board leaders and we would like their contact information to speak them directly and not speak to light house management. Property management companies are not the HOA. One more time, Property management companies (like Lighthouse) are NOT the HOA. Your HOA are neighbors that volunteer to uphold the legal binding documents set by the builder. So, it lies on the Board to tell Lighthouse what and how to enforce. As I sit here thinking about them - I do think the direction they took from our previous board was aligned more with the Board and less with the community. But again, that is on the Board. Not even a full two months from my post, and I have now received 5 new requests. I had a brick in front of my RV gate, (violation), I put in new curtains and I didn't send them a diagram and up close picture of the curtains (violation), I left my trash out for the second time in over two years (violation), my husband stopped for lunch at home on his motorcycle and parked in the rv parking (violation)... it just never ends. Amazing company to work with! We had the chance to meet the Lighthouse team this past weekend, and they were very professional and kind. It’s clear they truly care about what they do and the people they work with. Highly recommend!
I dont know why this company is still in business. They go around ruining everyone's vehicles by putting violation stickers on windshields and don't have a map of designated available parking so that renters/homeowners have a safe place to park without having their vehicles vandalized. Im getting the run around due to authorization issues. I hope everyone that has the same issue as my community helps to put this company under!
