Lighthouse is a great management company. I own several properties in the Rochester Area and they always maintain them as well as keeping them occupied. Repairs are done to the properties in a timely fashion and Lighthouse is extremely affordable for the services rendered. I WENT THRU THE STORM TODAY TO SEE A HOUSE AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THEY SAY THE LADY WAS THERE WAITING SMH! NO ONE NEVER CAME THEY ARE LIARS AND I DONT AND WILL NOT RENT FROM THEM

I rented an apt. from them, and from day 1 I have had problems. 1.5 years in nothing has changed. When things go wrong, they try to find the cheapest/fastest solution IF you are persistant. Even after I had a city inspector come who sited them for SEVERAL violations of major issues....still nothing has been done. The ONLY reson they will call is to collect rent. When I first moved in, nothing was painted, nothing was cleaned. ...would NOT advise anyone to rent from them.
i rented a house from them come to find out they were taking my rent then some guy kept comeing to my house saying were were not to be liveing the and the house was in forclouser so beware of them we stoped paying rent and they had the nerve to take us to court glad we moved when we did road by a few times to find the house had locks on the doors.
Awful, simply awful. We owned some rental property, we were billed for repairs that were done so badly that later we had to repair the repairs. According to our tenant, they would complain about the repairs, and nothing to little was ever done, yet they would bill us...They harrass the tenants, the rental agreements were copied out one of those books for do it yourself law, I never would get the information I would request, simple things like a copy of the lease agreement and actual estimates for the large repairs.
