I've been with this agency for many years... I recently had an issue with my insurance and I've been waiting for a call back since Thursday late afternoon ... It is now Tuesday... I will find another agency to fulfill my insurance needs today!!!! Unbelievable Jennifer couldn't have the decency to even contact during such a critic time to let me know she couldn't help me if that's why I didn't get a phone call back!!! Sad some people are more about the dollar than the customer!!!
