Whenever the topic of conversation wanders into a discussion of Insurance Co. we always chime in and suggest Erie/Lighthouse. When my wife had an accident in our driveway (don't ask) the claim was handled flawlessly on both ends. Recently I had a problem getting in touch with our agent which was caused by the answering system, Within an hour I had my agent and another agent contact me . Problem solved. That's service that you can expect and receive.
