I have used Ernie a few times and he is calm, thorough and delivers clear, easy-to-understand information that helps homeowners and buyers make informed decisions to confidently weigh their options and future projected costs. He is on time, respectful and a lovely person to work with!
Excellent home knowledge. Looks at areas I would not have thought to look.Honest and through. Professional and approachable. I would recommend him to others
