Ernie was great from start to finish. Very professional, and took a great deal of time and care doing the home inspection. He answered any questions I had. He also took the time to explain certain aspects of the home during the inspection, so I was well informed on any issues or how something worked. He also did a through and well documented report on all issues whether they were minor or major. Michael Tita did a home inspection for us. We are 100% satisfied. He did a great job. Very professional and detail oriented. He patiently answered all my questions (and I had a ton of them) providing all the necessary information. He also was so kind and provided references for how systems in a house function and those references turned out to be very helpful for us who never had lived in a house. If we need to do an inspection on our next property purchase, we will definitely call Michael again.

Ernie did a home inspection for my new home. He was thorough and took extra time to educate, answering my questions with kindness and patience. He identified a few key items that needed immediate attention, and as a result I was able to shave some dollars off of the purchase price to cover those costs. Definitely recommend. Thank you, Ernie!
