I was surprised, reassured, and pleasantly greeted and educated by a very knowledgeable nurse ,”Amanda”. I do not impress easy and yes I was. I feel the nurse assigned to me was just not a random nurse. She was familiar with the procedure I had, a foot reconstruction. Having a nurse care for you in you home is a very intimate and personal experience. Feeling comfortable in this setting is paramount. So happy with this agency- mom is doing so much better since her first in-person contact (she has been in about two weeks). Why 4 stars? Mom said the admin/ coordination (*especially* in the beginning) could use a little improvement in clarity and speed. If you have doctors appointments to work around, tell the in-person staff directly so they can schedule themselves around you.
