The apartments are nice. Its the management that sucks! They take their time getting back to you to address your concerns, when there is an issue & to fix the issue, if they respond at all. The regional manager has no respect for you. You mean nothing to them outside of making sure your rent is paid. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone due to the poor service & maintenance they provide. In trying to get a hold of someone above them forget it because they refuse to give you that information. Beautiful atmosphere convenient to 495 & 95 shopping & malls. Nice clean friendly place to live. Love how they keep up with the landscaping. Moved here from Harbor House Apt. In Claymont. Great choice. Thanks keep up the excellent work. Love the Town Houses�
