Their prices are super reasonable. I was hesitant to have a professional do my taxes because I thought it'd cost much more then doing it myself online. However, it was actually cheaper for my husband and I to use Lighthouse Financial services than it was for us to do the taxes ourselves online last year. I enjoyed working with lighthouse financial services. All the people I interacted with their we're very nice and knowledgeable. While working with them, I did have some issues. However, when I mentioned these issues to them, they listened to me and took my concerns seriously.
