Ive tried filing my taxes with a few different companies over the years and when I say Lighthouse Financial Group goes above and beyond I MEAN IT! Sandra took care of my me and made the process so much easier than anyone else ive gone through. For the first time i felt like I was being heard and she was patient with me. Well deserved 5 stars
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Sandra. Usually doing taxes is daunting and so confusing. The way she broke everything down and explained in depth made it not only easier to understand, but more comfortable and less overwhelming. “Straight up and handled with care” is probably the best way to describe it. If you hate doing your taxes, get overwhelmed, and/or feel like you have no idea what’s even going on, this is the place to go.
I am so happy I didn’t go to H&R Block or turbo tax or any large name accountant, like I have for the last few years. For the first time in years, I did not have to pay the IRS. Sandra researched my past taxes, got me back the money I paid plus my return for this tax year. I pushing my siblings and friends to go to her. This accounting facility is a hidden diamond.
