I appreciate Dr. Dowden's emphasis on preventative medicine. I like his suggestions to the latest and best procedures.
The most unprofessional and untrained staff, including doctors I have ever come across.. 1 lost appointment, 1 lost x-ray results and 2 missed diagnosis of pnuemonia. All in just 3 months time..Had to go back to the ER twice, after visiting office , for correct test results and diagnosis..Unless it's just for a wellness visit, stay far away from this place.
Let's see.. they lost my daughters pee that was supposed to be sent to have cultured.. then today my son was denied being seen for a check up on meds.. cause I wouldn't have copay until tomorrow.. they never was like that before.. so I will be switching doctors!!
