Such polite service men. Clean. Prompt. Professional. They explained what they were doing. They cleaned up afterwards. They even shut off the lights when they finished the job. Very pleased!

asked them to come out after 12pm and they came out at 10am and then cancelled my appointment when I wasn't available
Installer showed up on time and got right to work. Was very polite and professional. When install was completed the lights were on (red, white, and green). Unfortunately I did not have car present to test. He stated should be fine since lights were on. When I went to connect app to charger I kept getting error. After consulting owners guide, the three lights indicate: installation not complete (DIP switches not set). Frustrated installer was not aware of this. Hopefully they can come back out quickly to resolve
