The Lighthouse office staff literally held my hand in the replacement of my Level II charging station. Daniel from Lighthouse completed the installation and, like all of my other contacts within Lighthouse, was highly knowledgeable, extremely professional and very polite.
Dan was able to solve my problem very quickly. He also was so kind, so helpful and respectful! I actually would like to be friends with him. He should be commended for his efficiency and his outstanding customer service skills. He thought out of the box as the issue was not my outlet. I cannot recommend Lighthouse Electric enough! We had a major issue with the power supply to our hot water tank right on New Year’s Eve. Even with the holiday, Cory from Lighthouse Electric came out promptly to troubleshoot the problem. After a thorough inspection, he discovered the issue wasn’t our tank at all, but a fault at the meter. He was able to get it repaired and functioning perfectly in no time.
