Dean fixed my circuit breaker problem promptly and has very good rates. He's done work for me before and has always done a great job. Couldn't be happier to have found Lighthouse Electric Service.
Dean was very helpful and informative and didn’t try to sell me anything! Told me where i stood and fixed what i asked while keeping me informed on what i would need in the future and how urgent it was.
We needed a weatherhead replaced from a tree falling on our power lines from a storm. We called Dean at 5:00 pm and he was at our house in under an hour. He had it fixed that night. Dean is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend and will definitely hire again when needed.
Absolutely disgraceful service. The person on the phone was shockingly rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. It’s absurd that they expect customers to pay just for an estimate—what a blatant rip-off. Whether this was the owner or some incompetent employee, they clearly have zero customer service skills and no respect for potential clients. This business is a scam—avoid at all costs.
