This is the rudest office I’ve ever been to. Don’t go there! The “manager, Gina hung up on me twice, yelled at me for asking for the supervisor. She refused saying maybe she was the owner! I was in pain and the dental assistant was also rude and cold.

My first visit was wonderful, Dr. E and Staff was made me feel Welcome and in the care of Trusted and caring people . My brother raved about Marcia ,the Hygienist - he was right - WOW!! She was so sensitive to my fears and anxiety .She also Educated me in many ways all others failed short on in every other office I ever went to .I have great respect for the Staff helping me be BEST I' m able , I am still working on flossing better , but my 2 crowns are Beautiful and Jill the Office manager is AWESOME!! I have insurance (MetLife) and have used a place in Deerfield Beach for 10 years without any need for additional services. I recently moved and this place took Metlife Dental. I used them once and was charged $75 office visit for an irrigation service (whatever that is) that was never done! I explained that to the front desk lady who screamed at the hygienist because she didn't do something that was not necessary (so unprofessional). I mean screamed at her! Do Not Go here! Terrible place and the office person is very rude. She does not care about her customers and prices are outrageous and she is not honest. Go anywhere but here.

DO NOT GO THERE. I ASKED FOR ONLY MY COVERED CLEANING AND THEY ONLY DID X-RAYS AND DID A PERIODONTAL EXAM AND TOLD ME I NEEDED A DEEP CLEANING AND ANTIBIOTICS. THEY DID NOT DO THE NORMAL CLEANING THAT I CAME IN FOR. THEY GOUGE THEIR CLIENTS WITH FEES AND OVERCHARGE. I CALLED JILL THE "FRONT DESK LADY" TWICE FOR AN EXPLANATION AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. THE DENTIST ACTED LIKE HE WAS STONED. SCARY PLACE.
