I had such a great experience at this dental office! I’ve always had some anxiety around dentist appointments, but from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The receptionist, Lorelee, was incredibly kind and welcoming—she greeted me with a big smile and made checking in super smooth. Dinkle, the dental hygienist, was equally lovely. I just had an appointment as a new patient today, just to see the kind of work I need done. I’m very anxious and nervous about the dentist, but no one made me feel insecure about my anxious feelings. As an adult with dental anxiety, it can be a little embarrassing, but it seems that I don’t have to worry about that at this office. First visit as a new patient, they were prompt and informative with each step, as well as my options going forward. They are quick to book in regular visits and also accommodate emergencies. They direct bill insurance, saving you from that headache. The girls in reception are so nice, too, making the visit that much easier. I almost fell asleep in the chair from how calming and relaxing the hygienist service was.

Last night I was struck with a toothache that felt like it could make the left side of my head melt. I called this morning as soon as they were open and they were able to get me in, as a new patient, by the afternoon. I got there right on time, filled out the usual form and was seen within minutes. The dentist and the assistant were awesome! Super gentle as they did an exam and took x-rays. I would like to start off with saying the front desk staff is polite, respectful and really kind. ONLY reason for 2 stars! However, I went in to see about a tooth ache on my lower right jaw. I know I have bad teeth. The dentist was abrupt, rude and rushed to get through my apt. I have a friction burn on my upper lip from them pulling so aggressively on my lip, and my fillings are jagged and not buffed down to sit with my teeth.
