From the start, Charlotte validated only my wife’s feelings while ignoring or pathologizing mine. She allowed unchecked criticism of me, never balanced the airtime, and offered no validation when I expressed sadness or hurt. PLEASE READ THIS - (first look at their 3 review that's telling and wish I had read this first) this group of "counselors" are a joke. After taking our money and "listening" to us for two hours - literally NO FOLLOW UP. NOTHING no next steps, courtesy call, nothing. Our so called counselor only told me wife that it makes no sense to come back but never told me anything. If you are in need of help, dont come here - they give up and dont find solutions.
