Lighthouse will bill you full amounts and then bill insurance after. They then hold onto both collected amounts claiming they be used for "future sessions". They will do this multiple times until you have paid hundreds of dollars in full fees rather than the insurance portion due - and they refuse to refund. Their billing department is either incompetent or are straight up billing abusers. If you use them watch your statements carefully.

Working at lighthouse was an amazing experience. The front desk were friendly and caring, and my coworkers were always helpful. Every week we would have staff meeting to collaborate treatment for our clients as a team. It helped speed up the treatment and increase the confidence and effectiveness of the clinicians working to best help their clients. Most places might do that once a month. I highly recommend any person who might be needing some extra guidance in their life to make an appointment with Lighthouse.
