PLEASE READ THIS - (first look at their 3 review that's telling and wish I had read this first) this group of "counselors" are a joke. After taking our money and "listening" to us for two hours - literally NO FOLLOW UP. NOTHING no next steps, courtesy call, nothing. Our so called counselor only told me wife that it makes no sense to come back but never told me anything. If you are in need of help, dont come here - they give up and dont find solutions. Billing nightmare. Go here if you want to be charged fees made up on the spot.

Lighthouse will bill you full amounts and then bill insurance after. They then hold onto both collected amounts claiming they be used for "future sessions". They will do this multiple times until you have paid hundreds of dollars in full fees rather than the insurance portion due - and they refuse to refund. Their billing department is either incompetent or are straight up billing abusers. If you use them watch your statements carefully.

I've been referring patients to Lighthouse Counseling Services for three years and have had a consistently positive experience.
