They were careful about taking my temperature and all, but when my temperature was elevated because of having had to walk across town to get to their office, they were understanding. Traci Garringer at Lighthouse is and was the best when it comes to counseling.

I once saw someone there and wasn't very impressed. I went back later, however, and found Traci Garringer, LCSW. She's awesome. Some "Christian Counselors" seem to have little interest in the spiritual side of their profession. I guess they put Christian in front of their name to get clients. Irritating. Others are so Christian that they have no good psychological sense. (rolling eyes) I've been seeing psychologists off and on for almost 30 years. Traci Garringer is one of the good ones. The staff are very warm and welcoming. They are very professional and caring. I didn't feel rushed. They helped me tremendously. I definitely recommend them.

Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this psychologist prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this psychologist give unbiased advice? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this psychologist's office? Yes, it was convenient

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did this psychologist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient
