Didn’t have a great experience with them. Claimed to be knowledgeable with tick-borne illness but the practitioner didn’t even know what Alpha-Gal syndrome was. In addition they billed my insurance improperly and tried to make me responsible to pay for the entire cost of the appointments and it took over a year to sort out. Colossal waste of time and energy I didn’t have. I’m not a patient there any more and they are still emailing me years later… now saying there was a hack?!
This practice charges you $75 a month to oversee your care and case between appointments, yet remain completely incompetent of scheduling appointments properly, following up with patients as promised, or adequately caring for their patients in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a team that cares about you, look elsewhere.
They basically saved our son. They are very knowledgeable and dedicated to their patients.
