Beyond impressed. Riley was thorough and professional when explaining the process, and kept me updated throughout. They executed the repair flawlessly, and my vehicle was returned in immaculate condition, fully detailed. Highly recommend.

I am so late getting this review in. I have been hospitalized causing this delay but, this company more than deserves my time to review them. From the SECOND we pulled into the parking lot until we drove our vehicle completely repaired off the lot they were 2nd to none. We have never had such wonderful service. Lighthouse repaired my hood and I could not recommend them enough. Wonderful to work with and they did an excellent job.
The people I dealt with reminded me of the past where the customer was placed "first." They impressed me both with their professionalism and communication even though the work they were hired to do was fairly minor. I was not placed on the back burner, as has happened to some customers at other businesses, for a more lucrative job that seemed " more important." I will recommend Lighthouse Collision to all who need work done to their vehicles and they have made a repeat customer out of me.
