The people I dealt with reminded me of the past where the customer was placed "first." They impressed me both with their professionalism and communication even though the work they were hired to do was fairly minor. I was not placed on the back burner, as has happened to some customers at other businesses, for a more lucrative job that seemed " more important." I will recommend Lighthouse Collision to all who need work done to their vehicles and they have made a repeat customer out of me.
I brought my vehicle in for touch-ups on several small paint chips. The body shop exceeded my expectations in every way. Chris provided friendly, efficient service, and I was in and out in just an hour. The quality of the touch-up work was outstanding. What really impressed me was their honesty with pricing. The final cost was actually lower than the initial quote because the touch up pen they got was cheaper than they initially thought it would be.
