Lighthouse took the hit I had and knocked it back out of the park! Riley and Caleb worked with my insurance and got me taken care of. From tips on lining up rental cars to the final walk through the process, everything was well communicated. My truck was delivered on the estimated date and it came out looking amazing like I expected. You guys made an unfortunate circumstance seem so much better. These guys are easy to put your trust in. I was so pleased doing business with Lighthouse Collision. Riley Herman and his team were all so helpful and kind. I had my convertible top replaced and a dent removed. It was an insurance claim and they helped me out more than my insurance company. They handled everything. They actually sent me updates on my claim before my insurance did. He was kind and thorough, taking the time to clearly explain the details of the repair. Pricing was more than fair, and his customer service was truly outstanding. I can not say enough good things about my experience. Riley did an amazing job and made me comfortable with what was happening by the very start. My first accident involving another vehicle and I had no idea what to do. They took all responsibility and just told me what to do. Highly recommend!
