Beautiful place, Keith at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again
The hotel itself is pretty and secluded, the room is pretty at a glance and so is the view of the bay, the in suite tub is nice as well. However, the room is definitely not worth the price. All of the furniture is terrible to sit on, including the bed which was awful and made both our backs hurt, not much sleep there unfortunately. The TV’s sound was messed up. I don’t even know where to begin! This place was absolutely beautiful — from the back side water front patio to the fresh baked cookies every day at 3pm. The service was superior, everyone that works here is kind and accommodating and the rooms are gorgeous with big comfy beds and breathtaking views. I was looking forward towards this place for my birthday… i’ve called to see what was in the room, etc. Long story short looks can be deceiving! My partner got there before I did and says, “the place looks very dated”. Then he talks about how the room look and how dirty it was!! I really couldn’t believe what I heard, but then he showed me pictures and I was disappointed.
