They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.
