My daughter (13 yo) has been seeing Dr. Austin for a little over a month now. We saw some positive improvement very quickly in the consistency of her “good days” (as I call them). For her that looks like better ability to converse without being scattered in her thoughts, she is less emotionally reactive with feedback on her school and home responsibilities, and she is now sleeping better. I also believe she has “grown” about an inch due to improvements in her posture. 😊
I’ve been working on a very physically demanding and complicated project for the past week and a half. My body is exhausted, sore and in desperate need of an adjustment.
