Wasted 4 dollars. At the end of the wash the spot free rinse started shooting out green liquid which is probably the wheel cleaner. Now there is wheel cleener on the top of my roof and my car is still dirty. Called no one answered. The touchless wash I did last week also sucks which is why I decided to do it myself. The back of my car came out dirty from the touchless automated wash.

Putting a one is actually giving him more credit than he deserves the owner is a royal a****** and does not have know how to talk to people he parked his car where the last two days are and you can't even dry your own car off he was expecting me to drive my car out of the wash and drive it around the parking lot to dry it off. I had one of their washes malfunction. They were very polite and helpful with the reimbursement. I have used them before this issue and will continue to do so.

I was just leaving Lighthouse Car Wash by Food Lion. I was in the first bay, the automatic one with brushes. I was making the sharp left to exit when this newer model gray pickup starts coming up the wrong way in that exit lane. I’m blowing the horn like crazy but this ass hole made no attempt to stop. So I figure I better back up but before I could even put it in reverse he comes forward even more. Brushed against my left rear fender. I get out to say something but he keeps going. Told the owner that the dryer wasn’t working as I pulled out of the the $12 car wash I just paid for with a dripping wet car . He asked me if I drove slowly through . I explained that not only did I drive slowly , I backed up and went through again bc my windows were fully wet, as well as the sides of my car . His answer was if I wait around he’ll check the system and if there’s a problem he’ll refund my money . I guess my dripping wet car isn’t enough of an indication that something is wrong . Second time in a month something wasn't working in the station I used. The first time the soup was out in the second time the Triple conditioner was out... Very frustrating when you go there to do that even if it's just rinsing it off should always at least have soap in there...�

Owners are absolutely terrible was kicked out for using my own microfiber Brush! after I told the owner the soap wasn't working. I Have been a customer for years can't believe they are willing to lose customers over the brush you use. spent hundreds of dollars at this place over the years sad to see what it's become half working wash bays and terrible management. Anyone that cares about their car would never put that community brush on their paint. Won't be going back don't recommend wish I could give zero stars.

I have been going here for years! This is the only car washing place I go to. I love the hands free cleaning, the price, and the location. I recommend this place to everyone!

I've never had any issues going here. It's all self service and people should realize that machines do breakdown. Not a worthy enough reason to justify a 1 star rating.
