We have scratches in our 20 day old vinyl plank Shaw floor (https://shawfloors.com/…/vinyl/d…/classico-plank-0426v/rosso). The owner Doug refuses to acknowledge the scratches, and refuses to finish the job for us (half of our house has no flooring). He has charged us a restocking fee and he refuses to work with us. We have a claim in to the BBB. We have been very polite but we have paid very good money for this flooring and it already has scratches (and we haven't even used it yet). Don't buy Shaw floors. Can't get Doug to come back and correct a problem to flooring. Wood becoming delaminated on one small wood piece; he keeps stalling about repairing.
