If you are seeking help DO NOT GO to ANY Lighthouse. I was sent to Ardmore location. All I did was sleep in a recliner eventhou I'd just had a heart attack. Mercy hospital is in the same parking lot. I had to be threatened if I left to the hospital. I got hospital stayed 5 days and told me I would have DIED if I didn't leave. Now Duranrt... let me run out of medication 2 month in a row. I told them I was in crisis. No call. No one checked on me. They did nothing!! STAY AWAY!!!
THIS COMPANY DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!! THEY RELEASED A FAMILY MEMBER OF MINE AND SHE WAS STILL A DANGER TO HERSELF AND OTHERS!!! I COULD WRITE A BOOK OVER THE MANY REASONS NOT TO GO HERE!!! DO NOT GO HERE OR TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
This place is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend bringing your loved one here under any circumstances. It felt like no one wanted to do their job, and instead, they just passed people around between locations — Durant, Ada, and Ardmore. Every experience we had with these locations was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
