My company has provided cleaning services for nearly 2 years. We've been attempting to collect on multiple unpaid service bills since November. Lighthouse is a non-profit and striving to help the community but they are hurting those who help them. My company is now required to pay the money that Lighthouse owes. This is hurting my company and more importantly, my CHILDREN and family. I would not recommend.
Staff, either dont care or pick favorites. They dont know basic deescaltion techniques and the program does not match what they tell you online. You will get 'written up' for not attending groups and they expect you to wake up at 6am. I'm considering going back to shelters because of how emotionally draining this place is. DONT COME HERE
Amazing and life changing is all the best staffing ever and I have a good stable environment to regain my life and peace of mind!
