By far, Lighthouse Automotive is the most dishonest business I have ever dealt with in my life. I totaled my car in an ice storm. I am disabled, and on a fixed income. I shopped online as I had very specific needs in a vehicle. Sam lied about the condition of the vehicle, failed to tell me about any defects, even when I asked. Our salesman, Anthony, was a nice guy and the son's owner. Unfortunately, he had no power to get "dad" to do the right thing. Our experience was rotten (that's what happens when one is lied to and one's son is taken advantage of). We bought a used Subaru...the Subaru dealer in town said...and I quote...that is was CRIMINAL for Lighthouse to sell us the car the way they did.
