I am so grateful for this auto repair facility. My car broke down on the side of the road on my way to an interview. I walked into the repair shop extremely worried. Raylan was really nice and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them(Ive had bad experiences in the past with other places) He understood that I had limited funds due to being unemployed and other events. That were real good and honest and helpful and no BS.
Avoid at all costs. Took vehicle in for evaluation, their estimate for repairs and maintenance was $1800. Scheduled appointment, had to take day off work as they aren't open on weekends. Dropped car off early morning, was told it would be ready around 4. Was told at that time that I would have to reschedule as they had "forgotten" to order part for front end. Wth? Had car 8+ hours, didn't even change the oil, complete other simple repairs, or bother to call and tell me there was an issue. Then had to wait for them to put ca... read more
I took my Jeep Wrangler in due to an oil leak on 12/17/18. I had done my research on this business and felt it was a good shop, based on many positive google reviews and their rating with BBB. They determined the cause of the leak and stated that the repairs would be $1,700. They had my Jeep for several days and also replaced the clutch for an additional $1,500. I am a single parent and have 1 vehicle so when I was presented this information I was not in a position to take additional time off of work and take my vehicle to a... read more
