This is the worst apartment complex in Prince George county! They have rats roaches in every unit! They don’t sweep or mop any buildings in the inside just the rental office building! Leasing office very unprofessional DONT MOVE HERE.. I can’t wait to move all Morgan properties are trash
Full bathroom door was warped and would not close properly. Repair was made and extremely neat finish. He was extremely professional and pleasant
DO NOT MOVE HERE. INVASION OF PRIVACY WITH NO NOTICE. They don’t let you know when they enter your apartment. I searched my email and I got no email that they were going to enter my apartment. Also when you have an emotional support animal instead of you presenting your forms from a doctor that the doctor signed for your emotional support animal. They make you jump through hoops. For someone suffering from PTSD anxiety and depression this is too much. Breaking this lease quick as hell and I have only been here one month.
The worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. I moved into Lighthouse at Twin Lakes after transferring from another Morgan Properties location that I had no issues with but this property has been a complete nightmare from day one. On move-in day, my apartment wasn’t even ready. I waited two hours just to get the keys. When my sister asked to check the unit, the leasing staff acted rude and dismissive, even though I had already signed the lease. Once inside, nothing worked properly. The stars may go up but this has only been my third day in my well their Apt. First night I noticed roaches in my dishwasher, roach poop around the edges. Plug cover dangling in my living room. They switched the Apt I was supposed to move into as Martin told me this was a better Apt with an upgraded kitchen.....lies. Toilets barely flush bathroom mirrors with chipped glass walls paper thin.
