Says report will be done by a curtain time and date. Never heard from them, was in house for 10 minutes!!!! Not hard to write up a report if you’re in the house for under 10 minutes! Do not let them do you’re appraisal
LH is one of the most respected appraisers in the area. It may or may not result in the appraisal you want, but that’s sort of the point. They are taking into effect lots of market data to give them an objective market value of a property.
Poor communication, didn't take comps from neighborhood, no research done to give accurate value, no return call when questions arose from the report.
Very satisfied with LightHouse Appraisals! They were extremely easy to schedule with and were flexible when plans needed to change for the seller. We received a very detailed report.
