If I could leave a zero stars I would. Was hired at the beginning of April and was told we had a deadline of the 23rd. Came out to the house and did the appraisal and have had ZERO communication since that day. Refuses to call or text back and has not supplied us with our appraisal. Completely unprofessional.
This guy took over 4 weeks to get appraisal back, only to submit it incorrectly to the lender, then appraised our home at 22,000 u set contract amount! He knows NOTHING about appraising homes, our home is fully remodeled and the next block over same house got 25,000 more bc they have 300 more so ft hahaha. He’s a joke
DO NOT…. I repeat DO NOT use this company for your home appraisal. How he obtained a licenses to do fha home appraisals is beyond me. The guy missed multiple big ticket items. Luckily I had another home inspection, and my final walk through to call out his missed items. If I could get my payment back I would! He didn’t look at ANYTHING! Do not use this appraiser. Very poor communication. Report delivered 3 weeks past the due date. He does not answer the phone or respond to communication. This is one of the worst appraisers we have dealt with. We order at least 12 appraisals per day.
This idiot shows up to do your house your in trouble. Incompetent slow and couldn’t tell his ass from a hole in the ground. You’ll be better off requesting a new one or you’ll be jumping through all kinds of hoops to redo what he said needed done and what he tells you will pass and won’t, and the addition of items to be fixed that wasn’t on original inspection. This idiot made buying a home a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend him him to inspect an outhouse. Hope this helps
