I called in after seeing a Zillow listing. I spoke with a woman named with Arlene Hernandez. I expressed that I was inquiring about the property listed and she frantically said “that’s not right!” I understand mistakes happen and changes need to be made. I asked her if they have any other units available and she hung up on me. I immediately called back assuming it was a bad signal or accidental but my calls were declined twice. Awful experience. Devastating to know this is how they run their business.

Do not work with Colin Lightfoot. The tenants left us damages of over $50,000.00. We had to change our water heaters back to back and then he called the brand new one we had bought the prior year a lemon. After telling him we bought that water heater the year before he said oh wow I didn’t know that. He was on the tenants side than the home owner. They BROKE EVERYTHING. We were not reimbursed a penny. What he said at the end to of all of this was well it will cost you more to go to court. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
