Purchased a car from Joe in August, had a couple mechanical issues after purchase. When I contacted Joe to explain the issues he was very attentive to the issues and cover the cost of the repairs. Joe is an absolute gem, he is kind and thoughtful. I am very happy with my purchase and I find it almost unbelievable he was so attentive to the issues given the state of most car sales companies these days. If you are looking for excellent customer service and reasonably priced vehicles I would recommend Lightfoot Motors.
Bought a truck from this dealership in 2018. Advertised that the motor was quiet so i paid the full asking price. Put on about 3000km and there was a load noise in the engine. Put in about $3000 dollars including a new computer chip and the engine failed after 600 km. Got 1500 dollars from the scrap yard. Buyers beware
Recently purchased a pre owned mini van from Joe. Top notch service. When I viewed the van Joe met me in a location that work for me. There we 2 small issues with the van during purchase which Joe made right at the sale. Price was right, service was great, Joe is an easy down to earth person to deal with. Note: the address given by google maps is not correct. He is on Cr 10 but at Cr 10 at Cr 1 further down just on the edge of town. He is sharing space with a restaurant
Drove two hours one way to buy a car and take it home that day, was told the car was saftied and ready to go. Test drove it, car had a wheel bearing noise, owner argued I was wrong. Was going to purchase the car anyway only to find out the dealership doesn’t have the ownership for the car and won’t for 3 weeks. Would not recommend wasting your time.
