Calling these guys electricians is being generous, where do I start. Leaving wires in boxes too short to even work with, multiple and I mean MULTIPLE NEC Code violations just on a 40' exterior run. From not running the appropriate sized wire, not protecting the wire, running conduit on some parts of the run then not to running in conduit again all in the same run when it's supposed to be in conduit the entire way. Josh Fish Lewis saved the day for me. He was very nice and very thorough and explained everything to me he was doing. Did a great job cleaning my AC unit and coils will definitely be using Lightfoot again and requesting Josh next time I am in need.
We are thankful for the Lightfoot employee Cam! He got us out of a jam when we got stuck trying to install mini splits into new construction here at the house. He came responded promptly and was able to help complete the install. Because of Cam's expertise he is also helping us complete another electrical project in our oversized garage. Thank you!!!
I was excited to start using this company a few years ago. However, they are not the same company, and I would not use them again. They are interested in pushing their maintenance agreement and if you have one of those, they want you to upgrade. The last two times they came out they would not quote individual prices for a fix. They are too expensive and in my opinion not reputable. I spent 500+ for a maintenance agreement that I will never use. They also have issues fielding calls and making appointments.
