I had two technicians come out for a clogged sink and an HVAC system maintenance, and both Tristen and JR are very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. JR even offered to teach me how my HVAC system worked and problems that can arise. I learned a lot from him. Overall the price to snake the drain is a little pricey (not the technician’s fault), but the service is very thorough. I have been using Lightfoot’s service for years, and the technicians I’ve had are very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.

As I'm laying in bed this Sunday morning trying to get some extra winks, I can't because I'm thoroughly annoyed with myself for allowing Lightfoot to perform work at my home. I needed a water line switched under my bathroom sink and a shower cartridge installed. Mind you, I had already obtained access for them so there was literally no work other than the plumbing itself. Calling these guys electricians is being generous, where do I start. Leaving wires in boxes too short to even work with, multiple and I mean MULTIPLE NEC Code violations just on a 40' exterior run. From not running the appropriate sized wire, not protecting the wire, running conduit on some parts of the run then not to running in conduit again all in the same run when it's supposed to be in conduit the entire way.
