​Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I ordered trims for a project and waited a week for arrival, unaware that the order had been canceled. No notification or email confirmation was ever sent. When I reached out to address the issue, the customer service representative was entirely dismissive and unsupportive. Due to the poor communication and lack of accountability, I will not be doing business with them again.

I was already impressed, went online looking for a rare bulb...Light Disty had the bulb and the process of purchasing was painless. I went ahead and bought 2 bulbs because I have two light fixtures that require this type of feather of a dodo bird rarified bulb. Anyway, when they arrived one of the bulbs was defective. I emailed Light Disty and they responded super fast, very helpful getting it replaced...it is the type of service every other e-commerce site should provide...yet it is nearly extinct. Great job!

Great customer service! I made an online purchase of LED light bars from this company for a home improvement project. The price was great on the items, and I ordered additional accessories. A short time later I received a call from Kelly in the office who was calling to let me know that some of the accessories I ordered were included with the light bars, so I wouldn't need them, and the other accessory was out of stock. Bought ring LEDs to retrofit my ceiling fan's light. Shipping a bit slow due to out of stock, but seller was very informative/communicative. Good price. Good quality light. Super bright.
