This is the best place ever I have seen here in Utica to host parties, events and etcs., The owner is very friendly and understand about refugees and the general communities' cultures here in Utica. The rent is reasonable and the ball room, club, pub whatever you named it and it is very spaceous and modern decorations, and it is enough for 100 to 150 person. Enough restrooms for each gander at the entrance along as photo booth. Parking lot is also enough to fit as the building. I love side and back porches as well for smoker... read more
