I love the premise that acupuncture does not in itself heal but instead stimulates the body’s innate ability to heal. I admit that I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I have found Maryna to be a skilled practitioner as well as kind, gentle, and personable. Her acupuncture treatments have lessened my arthritic pain and increased my arthritis-limited mobility significantly. I am grateful to have found her.

Dr. Maryna Smolnikava has my highest recommendation. I came in for chronic lumbar spine and gluteal pain. Highly recommend. The best practitioner, Maryna takes good care of you. Points out all of your needs, reads your body and demeanor well. She is an unbelievable spiritual mentor as well. I have unlocked so many positive things after attending sessions. I’m lucky to have met her and be her customer.
The session was just amazing. It was a way to help release stress, tension, and anxiety. I was holding in my chest and my heart center, and it gave me an opportunity to relax. I really love her space and her creativity
